Minutes:

Minutes of the November meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer's Report:

After the Austin tournament, memberships, jerseys, paying the State Championship fees and per diem, state and national memberships, and bike helmets, the ending balance of the General Fund is $1,700.54 and the ending balance of the Charity Fund is $347.30.

Old Business:

Bikes were taken by Ron, Mark, Curt, Lyle, Warren, Jason, Adam, Danny and Bob. Adam reminded people who took bikes that we need to show some documentation as to who received bikes, so that the non-profit organization supplying the bikes does not fail an audit.

New Business:

Jason mentioned that club members should bring ideas for future fundraisers to the next meeting so that we can send more folks to the State Championship.

Mike Kinchen has secured our meeting room at Bass Pro shops for 2018 with the exceptions of March, April, May, and November. It was discussed that likely the easiest thing to do on these months is to meet in the restaurant as opposed to changing the date of the meeting for these months.

After a re-vote and another tie, a coin was flipped and Lyle won. The entire tournament comittee will be Curt, Lyle, Troy, Mark, and Bob. For the most votes which determines the Tournament Director, Curt and Bob each received 10 votes to Mark's 9. Since Curt and Bob are already on the Board of Directors as VP and Treasurer, the Tournament Director will be Mark. Sportsman of the year went to Danny Snyder.

Tournament Director's Report:
