Treasurer’s Report: Last Month Balance: $3,632.44 Charity: $55.00 , This Month Balance: $1,954.41 Charity: $70.00
– $1,693.03 was paid to 87 Armory for raffle prizes , 3 member payments for OH Ivie
Old Business:
- QBC Shirt Order
- Brandon has the shirts and will deliver around San Antonio in exchange for a cold beer and chicken wings.
- The cost is $45 per shirt. Call or text him after July 5th to schedule pick up.
- Raffle Tickets
- The drawing will be held during happy hour (5-7pm) on August 23 rd at Bourbon and Branch Neighborhood Bar in Spring Branch.
- Mark has the raffle tickets. Please coordinate with him to pick up your portion.
- Possible weekends (end of July, early August) were discussed for raffle sales at Luke’s Gas Station.
- Brandon will coordinate a date with the manager and send out further details.
- A sign-up sheet for volunteer sales hours will also be sent out to club members.
