2024 December Minutes

Meeting called to order at 6:17

Members Present: Mark, Shad, Bob, Troy, Ron, Mike, Randy, Jesse, Curt, Brandon E, Fletch. Guests: many spouses and friends

Minutes: Minutes of the Nov meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report:
Last Month Balance $7,375.17 Charity $1,288.02
This Month Balance $7,490.17 Charity $803.02

Old Business:

1. Christmas donation
   • Fletch sent the donation for $400 to San Antonio Food Bank
   • Fletch sent the donation for $200 to Haven for Hope
2. 2025 Dues: ($30 National) ($30 State) (Club $5) – 15 paid members so far.. 2 are club only
   • Pay Fletch ASAP
   • Fletch will update Nation Roster Management System, and State roster
3. Fletch filed the Form 990 to retain the Clubs Non-Profit Exemption status

New Business:

1. Club Website
   • After some discussion there was a motion to allow Mark to spend no more than $200 to migrate the Quality Bass club website to a new hosting service.
   • Motion Passed
2. Club Facebook page
   • Randy will take these over, he will get with Cathy to see about getting Admin rights.
3. Plaques for 2024 BB, Angler of the year and Sportsman of the Year
   • Motion to get the plaques made again this year.
   • Ron will get them made.
   • Motion Passed
   • BB – Shad 8.23 LBJ in March, Angler and Sportsman – Mark

South region Update:
Ron Posted links on TBN website as well as Facebook about a Deal that TBN has with Dobyns Rods 40% discount for TBN members.
2025 schedules for both Team and Individual Trails have been posted to TBN and Facebook.
Team trail is growing and they sent 4 teams to Nationals last year.
Individual trail: Water levels are impacting the schedule.
