Meeting called to order at 7:00

Minutes:

Minutes of the October meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report:

Last Month Balance $ 7,590.17 Charity $ 1,253.02
This Month Balance $7,375.17 Charity $1,288.02

Old Business:

  1. St. Judes, Donation of $250 completed by Bob
  2. Christmas Party / 14 Dec
    • Brandon E’s house
    • White Elephant gift exchange
    • Meal (Smash Burgers) Club will provide funds for the meat, club members will provide the sides
  3. Christmas donation
    • Club voted to donate $400 San Antonio Food Bank
    • Daniel B proposed Haven for Hope for a non-profit contribution, Club voted, $200 donated

New Business:

  1. 2025 Dues: ($30 National) ($30 State) (Club $5)
    • Pay Fletch no later than 1 Dec 24
    • Fletch will update Nation Roster Management System, and State roster
  2. Need to file Form 990 to retain the Clubs Non-Profit Exemption status
